Quilt raffle tickets
FRIDAY, JUNE 22 – The "UCC Quilters Against Cancer" Relay for Life Team from St. John’s UCC of Bongards has hand quilted a queen size quilt that will be raffled off at the Relay for Life Cancer Walk on July 20. The quilt will be displayed and the team will be selling raffle tickets at Citizen’s State Bank on June 22. The ticket prices are $2 for one ticket and $5 for three tickets. SATURDAY, JUNE 23 – A benefit will be held for Emmalyn Vicha, a 9-month-old girl who is battling liver disease, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waconia. Free will donation. Sloppy joe dinner, bounce house, games, silent auction, raffle, fire truck, and more. All proceeds benefit family’s medical expenses.
MONDAY, JUNE 25 – Carver County Public Health (600 E 4th ST, Chaska) will hold an Immunization Clinic from 3 to 5 p.m. Public Health provides immunizations to residents who do not have health insurance or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.
