Corn Days to take place August 11-12

The Annual Corn Days celebration is set to take place next weekend in Long Lake.

The event, which is hosted by the Church of St. George, will once again feature a parade, games, a petting zoo, pony rides, live music, Bingo and, of course, lots of corn.

Events begin Aug. 11 at 1 p.m. and run through 11 p.m. that night. A pancake breakfast and silent auction kick-off the festivities Aug. 12 and a few hours later at noon the parade will begin. The celebration comes to an end at 5 p.m.
