The 2012 Carver County Senior Expo “The Season Never Ends” is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Waconia High School. The Expo promotes the value of Carver County area health care providers, and services for older adults, caregivers, and anyone planning for retirement.
The day begins at 8:30a.m. with registration and breakfast treats followed by keynote speaker author/reporter Don Shelby. Other events will include a vendor fair, health screening, delicious hot chicken dinner provided by Hillcrest Café and Catering, lunch music provided by Christian Nielsen, door prizes and much more.
The cost for the 2012 Expo is $15 per person and individuals can register day of event or at Waconia Community Education District 110 (516 Industrial Blvd.) or by contacting (952) 442-0610.
