Special events planned at library

There are special teen events at all Carver County Library branches this October!

Teen Read Month
If you’re 12-18 and you owe the library money for returning items late, visit your local Carver County library during October for a coupon good for up to $10 off fines! Print out the coupon from the library’s website or pick it up at your local library! www.carverlib.org

Also, head to any library in Carver County and grab one of the new bookmarks that were designed by a local teen and voted on by the entire county! This is the first year of the teen designed bookmark contest and library staff said it was a ton of fun seeing all of the great artistry of Carver County’s teens. The winner was Lucy Bixby, who turned in her entry at the Chanhassen Library.
