ORDINANCE NO. 110B

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-2.6(k)(7) AND SECTION 8-2.7(k)(7)
OF THE ST. BONIFACIUS CITY CODE RELATING TO
INTOXICATING AND NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. BONIFACIUS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sections 8-2.6(k)(7) and 8-2.7(k)(7) of the St. Bonifacius Code are
hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. A new Section 8-2.6(k)(7) of the St. Bonifacius City Code is enacted as follows:
This section allows 3-2 beer to be served, consumed and sold on liquor establishment’s patios under certain terms of a license rider.
Section 3. A new Section 8-2.7 (k)(7) of the St. Bonifacius City Code is enacted as follows:
This section allows intoxicating liquor including strong beer to be served, consumed and sold on liquor establishment’s patios under certain terms of a license rider.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of St. Bonifacius in accordance with applicable law.
