Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waconia was called to order by Mayor Jim Nash at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Jim Nash, Larry Millender, Kent Bloudek, Marc Carrier, and Jim Sanborn.
Staff Present: Susan Arntz, Craig Eldred, Shane Fineran, Nicole Lueck, Craig Sinclair, John Hilgers, Mike Melchert, Mark Morse, Wannetta Stangret

The following motions were approved:
Adopt the Agenda as amended.
Adopt the Consent Agenda as presented.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-171, Approving Revolving Loan Request for Kyle Berger – 4 Main Street East Building.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-172, Approving Capital Equipment Purchase for Fiber Connectivity.
Adopt the Motion Approving Payment of Dues to Southwest Corridor Transportation Coalition in the Amount of $1,000.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-173, Authorization and Award of 2012 Storm Water Pond Cleaning Project to Widmer Construction in the Amount of $86,065.50, and Authorize Staff to Expend Funds to Cover Associated Disposal and Environmental Fees to Waste Management.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-174, Authorizing approval of Amended 2012 city of Waconia winter Maintenance Policy.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-175, Approving Temporary On-Sale 3.2% Malt Liquor License. Nash, Millender, Carrier, Bloudek voted Aye. Sanborn Abstained.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-176, Amending Resolution No. 2012-152, Regarding the Orderly Annexation of Certain Property in Laketown Township.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-177, Approving Development Agreement for Interlaken 5th Addition.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-178, Approving the Revolving Loan Request for Hartman Communities, LLC-Pine Business Park.
Adopt Resolution No. 2012-179, Authorizing Approval of Change Order No. 2 for the 2012 Infrastructure Improvement Project in the Amount of $97,637.60 Related to Completion of Street Improvements to Pinehill Industrial Park.
