No surprises in Waconia School Board results
As expected, the three candidates vying for the three open seats on the Waconia School Board were elected during the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
According to unofficial results provided by Carver County, incumbent Cathy Thom received 4,664 votes, Naomi Erickson received 4,224 votes, and Kenneth D. Varble received 4,066 votes. The race included 131 write-in votes.
