Pawelk, Washburn win Watertown City Council seats

Adam Pawelk and Steve Washburn have unofficially won the two open seats on the Watertown City Council during Tuesday’s election.

Unofficial results show that Pawelk, a member of the city’s park board, led the way with 995 votes. Washburn, a member of the city’s planning commission, finished second with 800 votes.

Washburn narrowly finished ahead of Jason Theisen, who had 761 votes. Chuck Charnstrom was fourth with 615 votes.
