Trevor Groschen was nominated by CHS staff and voted as Senior Student of the Month for October 2012. Criteria used for the selection was academic progress, responsibility, school spirit, personal growth and character.
His plans after high school include attending and graduating at a four-year college, then enrolling into a law school. He would like to have a family and enjoy the rest of his life.
Groschen’s advice to underclassmen or peers is that even though working hard on schoolwork can take a toll on your social life, it is definitely worth it in the end. Also try not to get into conflicts with your peers no matter how mad you get because you are going to regret it one day.
His favorite hobbies include playing football, basketball, and running track. He also likes snowmobiling, playing video games and hanging out with friends.
Groschen’s favorite class at Central High School is AP History even though there is a lot of homework. He has always enjoyed learning about the past and in this class he learns a ton!
Trevor is the son of Thomas Groschen and Kristine Groschen.
