Waconia Toy Drive to be held Friday, Dec. 14

The 9th annual Waconia Toy Drive is fast approaching. Toys and gifts will be distributed to families in need in School District 110 on Friday, Dec. 14 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Waconia Fire Station. Families living within School District 110 who are struggling financially qualify for this toy drive. New, unwrapped gifts and toys are needed for children ages 0-18. Toy drop sites will be accepting toys through Monday Dec. 10. Drop sites this year are: ECFE, Healthsource Waconia, Klein Bank, Laketown Gym, Mackenthun’s, Dr. Dungey Menser & Associates, MidCountry Bank, Mocha Monkey, Pizza Ranch, Safari Island, Terra Waconia, Waconia City Hall, Waconia Dodge, Waconia Farm Supply, Waconia Library, Walgreens, and West View Acres. If your business would like to be a drop site, contact Cary Rust at either (952) 769-7268 or [email protected] English and Spanish speaking volunteers are needed for this event.
