Carver County – Notice of Hearing

Application for a
Conditional Use Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 18th day of December, 2012, as soon as possible after 7:00 p.m. upstairs in the Social Services wing, in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the Carver County Government Center, Chaska, Minnesota, the Carver County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the application of Michael Barto on behalf of Oakwood Community Church for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Chapter 152 of the Carver County Code.
The application is being made for the following described property (full legal description is on file with the application):
Approx. 12.82 acres in SE1/4 of NE1/4 of Section 30, Laketown Township
Address: Vacant Land at Co Rd 10 and Klein D. (a portion of property currently owned by James E Klein)
If approved, this Conditional Use Permit (CUP) would allow Oakwood Community Church to develop and construct a new church building with associated administrative offices, religious education space, and parking on the property.
All persons interested are invited to attend the hearing and be heard on this matter.
