Special Meeting

Tuesday, November 13, 2012

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 by Acting Mayor Rick Mann in the Watertown City Hall. Upon Roll Call the following Council Members were present: Mann, Stephen Crowder and Michael Walters. Council Member Nicholas Hoese was absent. City Staff present: Luke Fischer and Jim Bart. Other visitors and guests were present. The following motions were approved by the Council: 2. Motion to eliminate the positions of City Utility Billing Clerk and City Senior Planner effective December 31, 2012 with an extension of city paid benefits through February 2013 if the employees in these positions stay until December 31, 2012. The motion also authorizes the city staff to advertise for a deputy clerk-treasurer position. Motion carried 3-0. 4. Meeting was adjourned at 6:24 p.m. ATTEST: James A.
