NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUNTY OF CARVER
Application for an Interim Use Permit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 15th day of January, 2013, as soon as possible after 7:00 p.m. upstairs in the Social Services wing, in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the Carver County Government Center, Chaska, Minnesota, the Carver County Planning Commission will continue the public hearing that convened on December 18th to consider the application of Danny Blackketter for an Interim Use Permit pursuant to Chapter 152 of the Carver County Code. The continuation of the hearing is required to meet the notice requirements of M.S. 394.26.
The application is being made for the following described property (full legal description is on file with the application):
Approx. 20 acres in the W1/2 of NE1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 5, Watertown Township
Address: 13355 Hwy 25 (property owned by Alan & Pamela Blackketter)
If approved, this Interim Use Permit (IUP) would allow Mr. Blackketter to operate a powder coating business, as a home occupation, in an existing detached accessory structure on the property.
All persons interested are invited to attend the hearing and be heard on this matter.
