Greg and Debbie Loomis, Watertown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel, to Ben Madsen, son of Peter and Jennifer Madsen of Lester Prairie.
The bride is a student at Minnesota State University-Moorhead. She will graduate in May with a double major in Life Science Teaching and Biology and a minor in Spanish Education. The groom is a student at North Dakota State University. He will graduate this year with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.
The couple will marry on June 8 at Watertown Evangelical Free Church in Watertown. The couple plans to make their home in the Twin Cities metro area.
