Pet adoption day
SATURDAY, JAN. 19 – Carver Scott Humane Society volunteers will hold a pet adoption from noon to 3 p.m. It will be hosted at PETCO in Eden Prairie. Kittens, cats and dogs will be available. All cats and dogs have been micro ID implanted, vet checked, wormed, had shots updated, checked for friendly temperaments, and age appropriately spayed/neutered. THURSDAY, JAN. 24 – Waconia Wrestling invites all former Wildcat wrestlers to return to WHS and join parents, fans and wrestling sponsors to cheer on the 2012-13 team as it hosts the New Ulm Eagles in a home dual at 6:30 p.m. Waconia Wrestling alumni will be recognized as will the newest member of the Wildcat Wrestling Hall of Fame.
