Card of Thanks – Lighthouse of Waconia
I would like to give a “SHOUT OUT” to the great service organization in our community — the Waconia Fire Department.
They responded to an issue here at the Lighthouse on Jan. 2. Not only did they respond quickly — they dealt with the issue and helped maintain a level of real “calm” for our residents and team members. Each member was professional, courteous and beyond helpful. They stayed past the initial emergency and helped to clean up and educate our team in case this would ever happen again.
On top of the response this evening Chief Mark Morse came back a few days later to check in and see how our Lighthouse community was dealing with the issue. I was so grateful for the way they assisted us during this challenging event but more impressed by how they supported our Lighthouse community and the people we serve!
