STATE OF MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE NO. 2
The Board of Supervisors for the Town of Laketown, Carver County, Minnesota, hereby ordains that on the 14th day of January, 2013 the Laketown Township Board of Supervisors adopted the “Amendment to Ordinance No. 2”. Due to the lengthy content of the Ordinance, a brief summary follows:
The amendment adds Section 5.02 to Ordinance No. 2. Section 5.02 establishes minimum standards to safeguard public health, safety, and welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation and maintenance and use of grinder pump equipment and systems connected to the Laketown Township Sanitary Sewer System.
The “Amendment to Ordinance No. 2” shall take effect and be in full force immediately following its adoption and upon publication. A copy of the Ordinance can be viewed during office business hours by contacting the Laketown Township Clerk Karen McMullen at (952) 442-5278. An additional copy of the Ordinance will also be on file at the county law library.
