Benefit planned for Schwichtenbergs
Bruce and Darlene Schwichtenberg are lifelong residents of Carver County. A few days ago Bruce’s auto mechanic’s tools and equipment, accumulated over 25 years, were lost in a shop fire.
Friends of the Schwichtenbergs are sponsoring a Chili feed/contest on their behalf, on Saturday, Feb. 23 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Waconia American Legion (233 Olive St South).
Suggested donation: $15 for adults, $10 for ages 14 and under, and children 6 and under free. If entering the contest, call (952) 467-3929 by Feb. 21 to register your chili or for donation info. Everyone is welcome to support this family.
