WMHS to present Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe

WM PlayWatertown-Mayer High school students are currently rehearsing for the spring production of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.

Based on the novel by C.S. Lewis, this dramatization written by Joseph Robinette follows four children through a wardrobe to the magical land of Narnia. There they join Aslan, a great lion and his mythical followers in a battle against the White Witch and her evil army. It is an epic adventure of love, faith, courage, and giving.

Performances will take place in the Performing Arts Center on April 11-13 at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $6 for adults and $4  for students and are available at the door. (News staff photo by Matt Bunke)
