CONDENSED MINUTES OF THE
WATERTOWN CITY COUNCIL
Regular Meeting Tuesday, March 12, 2013
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 by Mayor Charlotte Johnson in the Watertown City Hall.
Upon Roll Call the following Council Members were present: Johnson, Stephen Crowder, Adam Pawelk, Michael Walters and Steve Washburn. City Staff present: Luke Fischer and City Public Services Supt. Bill Boettner.
Other visitors and guests were present.
The following motions were approved by the Council:
2. Motion to adopt the agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
3. Motion to adopt the consent agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
6A. Motion to accept Kel’s Kustom Kabinets quote of $11,000 for a new dais. Motion carried 4-1 (Washburn voted nay).
6B. Motion to hold an open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013 to allow the public to comment on the goals set by the City Council. Motion carried 5-0.
6C. Motion to hold an open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 for public comment on the historical nature of the existing bridge on Territorial Street. Motion carried 5-0.
Mayor Johnson left the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
10. Motion to approve the voucher list/claims roster. Motion carried 4-0.
11. Meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
