Watertown-Mayer High School is hosting its third annual Fine Arts Night on Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. The Fine Arts Night showcases exemplary student work across a number of disciplines, making for a diverse and entertaining event.
The evening will feature some of the school’s finest instrumental and vocal musicians performing solo or in small groups. All of these students received the highest ratings possible in our Solo and Ensemble Contest this year.
Also showcased are WMHS’s top speech students, who will present excerpts from their competition speeches. Members from the state qualifying WMHS Mock Trial team will give examples of their opening and closing statements and direct and cross-examination.
Around all of this, talented visual artists from WMHS will have displays of their work for audience members to view before and after the concert and during intermission.
No tickets are required. Just come over and be amazed, entertained, and inspired by the great work the young artists are doing at Watertown-Mayer.
