CONDENSED MINUTES OF THE
WATERTOWN CITY COUNCIL
Regular Meeting Tuesday, March 26, 2013
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Watertown City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 by Mayor Charlotte Johnson in the Watertown City Hall.
Upon Roll Call the following Council Members were present: Johnson, Adam Pawelk, Michael Walters and Steve Washburn. Council Member Stephen Crowder was absent. City Staff present: Luke Fischer.
Other visitors and guests were present.
The following motions were approved by the Council:
2. Motion to adopt the agenda as amended. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Motion to adopt the consent agenda as amended. Motion carried 4-0.
6A. Motion to authorize utility disconnections for nonpayment or late payment of utility bills. Motion carried 4-0.
6B. Motion to approve Resolution 2013-03-26-1 adopting the city’s mission, vision, values and goals. Motion carried 4-0.
6C. Motion to schedule an open house from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18 to take comment from the public on the proposed intersection improvements at Lewis Avenue and Co. Rd. 10. Motion carried 4-0.
6D. Motion to call for a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 to take public comment on the Tax Increment Finance District No. 5 Amendment. Motion carried 4-0.
10. Motion to approve the voucher list/claims roster. Motion carried 4-0.
11. Meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
