The Watertown Library will be closed for renovation the month of May.
The Watertown Library will continue to offer some services while it is closed,including
storytimes. Special storytimes will be held during the renovation on Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. in a City Hall meeting room.
Murder mystery author Julie Kramer also will present an author talk in the City Hall meeting room on May 29 at 6:30 am.
Library staff will be in the City Hall hallway twice per week with Watertown Library hold. You may pick up your holds on Mondays from 6-8 p.m. or Thursdays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. You may also choose to have your holds transferred to another Carver County Library location. Contact the Waconia Library to change your hold pick-up location at 952-442-4714.
The Adult and Teen book clubs will meet at their regularly scheduled meeting time in one of the City Hall meeting rooms.
A bookdrop for returned items will be available in the City hallway or outside in the City Hall parking lot during the remodel. (Location will depend on when the ground is ready to install the bookdrop outside.)
Homebound Service is available for any Carver County patron with mobility issues caused by illness or a disability. Call 952-227-7609 for more information.
During the time the Watertown Library is closed, residents may take the opportunity to use any one of the other Carver County Libraries including the:
