The Holy Family boys’ golf team finally traded in the snow shovels for clubs in this spring’s competition; along with a renewed focus and coaching staff beginning with Rob Nelson at the helm for 2013.

With the Return of junior captain Jack Cumming and senior captain Chase Paradise, the new leaders at Holy Family have officially transitioned the team’s great chemistry between the talent pools of 14 varsity-level players on any given day. Nelson agrees to have this level of talent at his disposal is attributed to maturity both physically and mentally by his team.

The abundance of eleven returning juniors and more waiting in the rough will help position the Fire towards a conference championship in 2013. Although the season is short this year, the talent pool is deep with a desire to compete and win.
