Dad’s Waffle Breakfast
Sun., June 30, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. – St. Mark Lutheran Church of New Germany will be hosting a Belgian waffle breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Mark Lutheran School. This fundraiser will go towards purchasing souvenirs marking the 100th anniversary of the church next year. All welcome.
Pet adoption day
Sat., July 6, noon – 3 p.m. – Carver Scott Humane Society volunteers will hold a pet adoption at PETCO in Chaska. PetCo is located off Hwy. 41 and Pioneer Trail. Kittens and cats, puppies and dogs ages 4 months to ten-years-old will be available. All cats and dogs have been micro ID implanted, vet checked, wormed, had shots updated, checked for friendly temperaments, and age appropriately spayed/neutered. Adoption fees apply. Orchestra benefit concert
Sat., July 6, 8 p.m. – A benefit concert for the musicians of the Minnesota Orchestra will be held at Sovereign Estate in Waconia. Mayer Rising Festival

Sat., July 13, 1-7 p.m. – arts and music lovers are invited to enjoy a day of live music, arts and nature in an open air gallery at the Parley Lake Winery, located at 8350 Parley Lake Road, Waconia. ArtStock is sponsored by the Arts Consortium of Carver County. Attendees may purchase art from a variety of local artists and vendors, tour the winery and the vineyards, enjoy locally produced wines, foods and desserts. Live music is provided by The BZ Girls from 1-3 p.m.; JazziBlue from 3-5 p.m.; and The JazzHounds from 5-7 p.m. Admission is free.
All Saints Sales
July 18-20 – The annual All Saints Garage Sale will take place in Norwood Young America from July 18 to July 20. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon (Half-Price Day). Lunch will be available.
