NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission (“the Commission”) of the City of Watertown, Carver County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 6:30 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Watertown, Minnesota, relating to the following requests:

Bauer Design Build (Applicant) and Trinity Lutheran Church (Owner) request that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 513 Madison Street S.E. in the City of Watertown:

An amendment to the existing Conditional Use Permit to allow an expansion of the existing church.

A 10 foot variance to permit a reduced building setback for the proposed addition.

Site plan approval for the proposed addition to the existing church.

Watertown Partners, LLC (Applicant/Owner) requests that the City consider the following actions for the property known as Rohs Way Subdivision located in the City of Watertown:

A site plan amendment to allow an amended landscape plan for the overall subdivision.

Degpinder Baveja (Applicant) and ML Bender Trust (Owner) request that the City consider the following action for the property located at 300 Lewis Avenue South (PID No. 853820020) in the City of Watertown:

Site plan approval resulting from the proposed change in use of the existing building.

Marlin Hecksel (Applicant) and HMI (Owner) request that the City consider the following actions for the property located at 609 Carter Street N.E in the City of Watertown:

A conditional use permit to allow outdoor storage on the subject property.

Site plan approval to permit outdoor storage on the on the subject property.

Josh Gallus (Applicant/Owner) requests that the City consider the following actions for the properties located at 1480 and 1580 Oxford Avenue (PID No. 100031100).

A minor subdivision to allow a lot combination to combine two (2) existing parcels located at 1480 Oxford Ave.

A minor boundary adjustment which would allow a portion of property from 1480 Oxford Ave. to be transferred to 1580 Oxford Ave.

Copies of the applications as proposed to be considered, will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing prior to the hearing.
