July events at the Watertown Library

Summer reading fun continues this month at the Watertown Library. Remember to pick up your Read Write Draw entry forms, Teen review forms, or Adult bingo card forms for the Reading Program Contests.  You can also record your summer reading progress at Bookawocky.org and earn badges.

Here’s a look at some events going on at the Watertown Library this month.

Friday, July 12, 1 p.m. — Magician Matt Dunn! You will be astounded and amazed at Matt’s incredible tricks.

Friday, July 26,  1 p.m.  The Roe Family Singers  Toe-tappin’ Music with the Roe Family Singers. Get the whole family dancing with this award-winning homegrown band that plays good- time, old-time hillbilly music to entertain the entire family. How often to you get to bounce to the rhythms of banjo, guitar, autoharp, washboard, and kazoo?

Tuesday, July 11, 11 a.m., For ages 5 and up. Join us for games that don’t Stink (but feature our friend Stink), test your Stink I.Q. and create your own comics.

Mondays, June 10 – Aug. 12, 6:30 p.m., and Thursdays, June 13 – Aug. 15, 11 a.m.  Family Storytimes: For all ages with an emphasis on ages 2 and up.
