Public Hearing – Waconia


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Waconia, MN, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8th, 2013 at 6:30 p.m., at the Waconia City Hall, 201 South Vine Street, Waconia, MN, to consider a Variance Application by Manus Products for their properties located at 888 and 0 Industrial Blvd. W. in the I-1 Industrial Park District and described as follows:
PID # 755160021 (Lot 1, Block 2 of the Waconia West Industrial Park)
PID # 755160031 (Lot 2, Block 2 of the Waconia West Industrial Park)
The request for the variance is to construct a 40 ft. 6 inch unenclosed ramp between the two buildings to allow for transferring of product back and forth between the two buildings. The proposed ramp would be located at ground level and cross over a drainage and utility swale. The location of the proposed ramp would cross over the property lines and easements to physically connect the building on Lot 1 with the building to the east, located at Lot 2.
Pertinent information pertaining to this request is available at the City Hall. Interested persons may submit written or oral comments pertaining to this matter any time prior to the hearing, or at the hearing on Thursday, August 8th, 2013.
