Legals – Carver County Public Hearing

Appeal for a Variance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday the fourth day of September, 2013, as soon as possible after 7 p.m. upstairs in the Social Services Wing in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the Carver County Government Center, Chaska, Minnesota, the Carver County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider the application of Tim Fahey on behalf of Dorothy Braunwarth for a variance pursuant to Chapter 152 of the County Code.
The application is being made for the following described property (full legal description is on file with the application):
Approx. 5.5 acres and 90.2 acres of the existing 95.7 acre parcel in the NW1/4 of Section 2, Young America Township
Address: 15580 114th St

If approved, this variance would allow Ms. Braunwarth to subdivide the building site with reduced road frontage and width from the remaining tillable land, which would also have reduced road frontage, on the above described parcel.  The Zoning Code requires a minimum of 125 feet of road frontage and a minimum of 125 feet of width (or more) for a newly created parcel(s).
All persons interested are invited to attend the hearing and be heard on this matter.  Written comment may be mailed to:
