Sorensen honored for dedication to district

Before the WHS volleyball game on Oct. 14, the Activities Department honored RoseMarie Sorenson for her contributions to the district over the last four decades. Sorenson has worked in the district in the areas of office clerical support, Family and Consumer Science Department Assistant, and has sold tickets at athletic and fine arts events for over 40 years. Sorenson is actively involved in the community, volunteering at the Waconia Food Shelf, St. Joe’s Church, and the VFW. She also plays in a Tuesday night bowling league at Waconia Lanes.
