Cologne officials deserve thanks for recent efforts
To the editor:
Kudos are due to Mayor Lein, City Administrator John Hendel and the Cologne City Council for their quick response concerning lack of speed and school signage along Village Parkway in Cologne.
Additionally, completed re-striping of crosswalks around the city should make it safer for pedestrians. Now, if some Village I residents, contractors, and visitors would comply with the 30 mph speed limit, especially on adjacent streets, we would all feel a lot safer.
