Arboretum plans wedding event

Are you planning a wedding this year? Learn how to create the day of your dreams at “The Great Wedding Get-Together” at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 2. The event will take place in the MacMillan Auditorium of the Arboretum’s Oswald Visitor Center.
This fair will feature a fashion show, wine and cake tastings and panel discussions with experts on topics such as “Taming Your Inner Zilla,” “Planning a Picture Perfect Day,” and “What’s Trending Now” in everything from décor to food.
Couples who have booked 2014 weddings at the Arboretum may attend free of charge (and bring two friends). For others, registration is $10 (incl. gate fee). Register online at or contact (952) 443-1411 for more information. Walk-ins welcome.
