“My child doesn’t listen the first time that I ask” is one of the most common parenting concerns.
Join Parent Coach Toni Schutta to discover three essential strategies to get your kids to listen the first time so you can yell less, get cooperation from them and have more fun together. The popular class “Getting Your Child to Listen” offers a variety of practical tips that can be used right away whether your child is 3 or 13.
The free class will be held at the Bayview Elementary Multi–Purpose Room (enter north door) from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27. Childcare is available for $5/child – childcare registration must be received by Monday, Feb. 24.
For planning purposes, register online at www.waconiacommunityed.org (go to Online Registration – Course Catalog – Early Childhood Family Education – Parent Only Classes) or by phone at (952) 442-0613. CEUs are available.
