Frank Peterson, Jr.

Frank M. Peterson Jr., son of Frank and Mary Peterson, was born in Tacoma WA, July 6, 1938 and passed away June 1, 2014 due to complications following surgery in Minneapolis MN.
Frank was an honor graduate of the class of 1956 at Bellarmine Prep in Tacoma and was named salutatorian. After service in the U.S. Army
stationed in France and Vietnam, Frank returned to Tacoma, earning
degrees in English from the University of Puget Sound.
Frank also spent many years as a student and instructor in the martial arts obtaining a third degree black belt in Aikido. After teaching nearly 30 years for the Tacoma School District, Frank retired and moved to Waconia where he enjoyed many happy years with his life partner, Debra Larsen, and their many good friends. Surviving members of Franks family: daughter Veronique Peterson, brother James Peterson. Franks cremated ashes will rest in places he loved throughout life.
