The Eden Prairie office of Coldwell Banker Burnet recently recognized Waconia resident, Sally Scrimgeour, at its awards presentation ceremony. Scrimgeour was recognized for her outstanding performance and her status as a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier. This award is earned by the top 1 percent of all sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Scrimgeour’s performance also ranked her 20th in sales production out of 1,700 associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Based on this ranking, she is a member of the prestigious President’s Club, which includes the Top 50 associates in sales production.

As a successful Realtor since 1999, Scrimgeour utilizes her Fortune 500 training background to provide exceptional customer service for her clients. Serving the Twin Cities metro area for more than 15 years as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet, she is known for pricing her seller’s homes competitively, and listening to buyers to help them find the right community and home that meets their needs.

“It is a remarkable achievement to be ranked among the top 1 percent of 82,000 independent sales associates in Coldwell Banker,” said Irene Levy, branch vice president of the Eden Prairie office. “Sally provides top-notch service to her home buyers and sellers, and, along with all the associates at our Eden Prairie office, helps customers throughout the southwest suburbs achieve their housing goals.”

When not doing real estate, Scrimgeour and her husband, Jim, who is also her real estate partner, enjoy spending time with their four children and can be seen cheering them on at their many sporting events. The family can also be found hitting the ski slopes, golfing and enjoying boating on Lake Minnetonka and Lake Waconia.
