The Carver/Scott Extension Master Gardeners are staffing a garden help desk at the Waconia Library on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the summer. Bring questions and samples.

FRIDAY, JULY 11 – Waconia Parks & Recreation presents Movie in the Park at 8:30 p.m. at City Square Park. Movie: Despicable Me 2. Steak fry dinner

SATURDAY, JULY 12 – The Mayer Rising Community Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Includes craft, car and tractor show and a Twins youth clinic (9 a.m. to noon).

Two Twelve MC event

Public Health Shot Clinic

 

MONDAY, JULY 14 – Carver County Public Health (600 E 4th St., Chaska) provides immunizations, or shots, to residents who don’t have health insurance or whose insurance does not cover shots, from 3 to 5 p.m. Shots for adults and children available.
