Minnetrista / St. Boni Police Report for 8/3-9

Sunday, Aug. 3

Officers responded to a verbal domestic on Tower Street. No arrests were made.

An ATV left on Sunnyfield Road was found to have been stolen from Orono.

A Waconia motorist struck a fawn on County Road 92. No injuries were reported.


Monday, Aug. 4

A trespassing notice was served on Tower Street.

A Delano motorist was cited for driving after revocation during a traffic stop on County Road 15.

A child was reportedly bit by a house cat in Minnetrista.


Tuesday, Aug. 5

A male was injured when the riding lawn mower he was on tipped over onto his leg.

A suspicious male on Fox Trail was found to be soliciting without a permit.

Officers were called to Hardscrabble Circle where landscapers struck a gas line. It was then found that a worker had an outstanding warrant and was detained.

A complaint was received that a contractor was washing paint down the storm sewer on Sunnyfield Road. The worker was advised to dispose of the paint properly.

A pheasant flew into the path of a Waconia motorist causing her window to shatter. She received minor cuts from the broken glass.


Wednesday, Aug. 6

A motorist reported his vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked in a lot along Tower Street.


Thursday, Aug. 7

An abandoned bike found on Elk Circle was inventoried.

Officers responded to a domestic situation on Clarence Avenue. No charges were filed.

A 43-year-old male from England was stopped for a stop sign violation on County Road 110N and was arrested for DUI.


Friday, Aug. 8

A child custody issue was reported on Deer Creek Road.

A barking dog complaint was received on Reed Road.


Saturday, Aug. 9

Suspicious people at the Little Long Lake landing were advised its access was closed.

Random items from yards including garbage cans, landscaping blocks and decorations were found moved onto Minneapolis Avenue.

A mailbox was reportedly damaged on Minneapolis Avenue.

A loud music complaint was received along County Road 44.

A loud music complaint was reported along Turtle Creek Boulevard.
