Minnetrista/St. Boni Police Report: April 9 to April 15

Sunday, April 9
A theft was reported along Hillside Avenue. Trailer tires were stolen. A suspect vehicle was stopped in Independence and two adult males are in custody.
A loud music complaint was reported on Westwood Avenue.
A caller reported a male and female arguing in a black Dodge along Highway 7. The vehicle was gone upon arrival, but officers were able to make contact with the female who was fine.
Officers responded to a medical call at a home on County Road 19.
A Minnetrista woman reported her ex-husband was violating an Order.
Officers were advised of a burning complaint on Kings Point Road. The land owner was advised there is currently a burning ban.
A gray sports car was reportedly speeding along Hunters Trail.
A large quantity of screws and nails were found on Eastview Avenue.
A St. Boni woman reported she is being harassed by an acquaintance.

Monday, April 10
Officers met with two occupants of a vehicle at the Merriman Cemetery.
A Mound male reported he lost his wallet while on the Dakota Rail trail. A passer-by later found it and turned it in to police.
Golf shoes and sunglasses were reported stolen from a vehicle at the high school.
Officers and St Boni fire responded to a fire alarm on Palmer Pointe Road. They found no fire but did find a water leak.
A fire alarm on Hardscrabble Circle was found to have been set off by construction debris.
A smell of marijuana was reportedly coming from an apartment on Tower Street. Officers responded and confiscated a pipe.

Tuesday, April 11
A report was received of a property damage accident in the high school lot. One motorist backed into another. No one was injured.
A school bus stop arm violation was reported on Sunnyfield Road. Charges are pending against the teenage driver.
Officers conducted a
welfare check on a female in Minnetrista.
Suspicious activity was reported on Park Avenue.
A road rage incident was reported on County Road 26. Officers talked with both drivers.

Wednesday, April 12
A criminal sexual conduct case is being investigated in St. Bonifacius.
A loud music complaint was reported on Westwood Avenue.
A St Boni motorist, stopped on Main Street, inadvertently rolled into the intersection at Highway 7 and was struck by a motorist from Victoria. No one was injured. A citation was issued for failing to yield.

Thursday, April 13
A juvenile complaint was reported on Maple Lane. Officers talked with the parents of the kids.
An overweight vehicle was reported on Maplecrest Drive. The vehicle was weighed and was under the weight limit.
An order violation was reported on Pheasant Lane.
Officers responded to a medical in Minnetrista.
Officers responded to a medical on County Road 19.
Officers responded to a loud party complaint on Fox Trail. Three teenagers were cited for underage alcohol consumption.

Friday, April 14
A resident on Game Farm Circle reported an unknown motorist came onto her yard overnight, drove around and caused damage to the grass.
Officers responded to a medical call on Tuxedo Road.
Suspicious people were reported inside a St Boni business. They had already left when the call was received.
A 64-year-old Minnetrista male was arrested for domestic assault.
Lightning apparently struck a pole at Highway 7 and County Road 44, causing a signal outage.
A Minnetrista motorist struck a deer at County Roads 92 and 110.
A resident on Trillium Lane returned home to find music playing. Officers checked the house. A power outage may have triggered the device.
Suspicious activity was reported on Yellowstone Trail.

Saturday, April 15
Officers responded to a verbal domestic situation on Pine Lane.
A resident on Lakeside Drive reported the rear window of her vehicle was broken out.
A juvenile issue was reported on Glacier Road.
Officers attempted to stop a 38-year-old woman for a moving violation on Elmwood Drive. She failed to stop and pulled into her garage where she was arrested for DUI.
Officers responded to a medical call on Game Farm Road.
