Funeral service Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church (513 Madison ST. SE) in Watertown with Rev. Jeffrey Engholm officiating; visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church; interment Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Watertown.
Betty Lou was born on July 5, 1920 in Scandia, the daughter of Henry and Ida (Johnson) Hall. She was baptized and confirmed at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City. On September 28, 1946, Betty Lou was united in marriage to Harley Cederstrom at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City.
Betty Lou was a very loving woman; taking care of her family was her priority. On the farm, Betty Lou helped raise the chickens, sell the eggs and feed the calves. Some of the activities she enjoyed were embroidery, singing in the church choir and playing cards with the seniors in Watertown. Harley and Betty Lou took many trips throughout their lifetime. Betty Lou thoroughly enjoyed volunteering at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia for 14 years.
Betty Lou was preceded in death by her husband Harley; parents Henry and Ida Hall; son-in-law Roger Sandgren; brothers Wallace and Quentin Hall; sisters Helen Holt and Bernice Medin.
Betty Lou is survived by her loving family: daughters Beverly Sandgren of Lindstrom, Joyce (Marvin) Nelson of Richmond, Carole (Mike) Pierson of Watertown, Diane (A.J.) LeBlanc of Brainerd; grandchildren Steig (Molly) Sandgren, Charlotte (Tim) Borders, James (Kristi) Nelson, Jennifer (Mike) Malmon, Stacy Nelson, Brian (Jenny) Pierson, Bradley Pierson, Nicholas Pierson, Marie (Ben) Bedard, Sonja (Parker) Schlenk, Andrew LeBlanc; great-grandchildren Oskar, Bente, Wyatt, Lacey, Nick, Tyler, Grace, Dylan, Chad, Kaeley, Gavin, Mason, Rachelle, Alex, Bennett, Veah, Brynlee; brother-in-law Roger (Laurel) Medin of Forest Lake; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Serving as Casket Bearers are Betty Lou’s grandchildren.
