Lois Bostic

Lois Bostic of Delano joined the chorus of Angels on her 97th Birthday, July 30, 2017.
She was born the daughter of John and Margaret (Letto) Huemoller on July 30, 1920.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd “Charlie” Bostic.
She is survived by her only remaining sibling Delores Lind; her children, Sharry (Jeff Lackey) King, Connie (Dirk) Schindel, and Debbie (Nels) Tuvey; by her grandchildren Lois (Mark Gode) Baker, Kathy (Rich) Cieslak, Kristi (Jim Gill Jr.) Adami, Jodi (Rich) Hill, David (Stacey) Quinn; as well as five great-grandchildren, Robert Adami, Charlie Hill, Emily Hill, Anna Serino, and Dominic Serino.
Lois adored her family and opened her home and hosted every holiday, including this past 4th of July. She held many jobs while also raising her three daughters. She was an excellent seamstress, loved her flower garden and thoroughly enjoyed music played by her husband who played the organ and sang. In her 97 years she endured many hardships and faced them with incredible strength. She was a wonderful example to all of us. She may not have expressed her feelings outwardly, but she definitely hugged us with her heart and we never doubted her love.
We celebrated her life with a private family service and burial on August 12, 2017. Memorials preferred to the Ridgeview Foundation in Waconia.
