Returning athletes that will lead the way: “All of our seniors are key this year,” coach Matt Polding said. “The three captains along with Jake Salzsiedler, Nevin Waldron, and Cameron Daniels. Ben Hess, a junior, will also be a huge contributor. Our younger varsity level players are going to contribute as well.”
Keys to success this season: “Playing our game with consistency,” Polding said. “We were often very high and very low in different categories of the game last year and this year, we need to be consistent in all categories each game to be successful.”
Games to look forward to: “We are in the Twin Cities Athletic Conference this year so we are very much looking forward to playing a conference schedule,” Polding said. “Each of those games are big.”
Goals: “The purpose every year is to leave the players with tools they can use to be successful on and off the field,” Polding said. “A specific goal we have would be to win a conference title. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with these guys. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to serve them as their coach.”
